You can add multiple addresses to your Address Book for quick selection during checkout with all participating stores in the Bolt Network. You can also choose or create a different shipping address in Bolt’s Checkout.

Add an Address

  1. Log in to your Bolt account from the Shopper Dashboard (account.bolt.com).
  2. Navigate to Address Book.
  3. Select + Add New Address.
  4. Complete the following fields:
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Company name (optional)
    • Street address
    • Zip
    • City
    • State
    • Country
  5. Save the address.


Add Military Address

  1. Select + Add New Address.
  2. Complete the address details according to the following:
    • Address Line 1: Enter unit and box numbers.
    • Address Line 2: If the address includes a Forward Operating Base (FOB), enter it here.
    • City: Enter one of the following:
      • Army Post Office: APO
      • Fleet Post Office: FPO
      • Diplomatic Post Office: DPO
    • State: Enter one of the following:
      • Armed Forced Americas: AA
      • Armed Forces Europe: AE
      • Armed Forced Pacific: AP
    • Zip Code: Enter the zip code.
    • Country: Enter United States.

Set Default Address

  1. Log in to your Bolt account from the Shopper Dashboard (account.bolt.com).
  2. Navigate to Address Book.
  3. Find an address and click the ellipsis menu > Set as default.
  4. This address is set as the default for your account.


Edit Address

  1. Log in to your Bolt account from the Shopper Dashboard (account.bolt.com).
  2. Navigate to Address Book.
  3. Find an address and click the ellipsis menu > Edit. You may be prompted to verify your identity with a one-time passcode.
  4. Modify the address and click Save.


Delete Address

  1. Log in to your Bolt account from the Shopper Dashboard (account.bolt.com).
  2. Navigate to Address Book.
  3. Find an address and click the ellipsis menu > Delete.
  4. This address is removed from your account.
